Install the Downloader App

Connect Your Subscription

Locate Your MAC Address
Locate the MAC address printed beneath your MAG set-top box (format: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX).
Register Your Portal URL
Send your MAC address to our WhatsApp support team at +1 819-509-9400. We will assign your portal address to enter in Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
